With her powerful and emotive voice, Washington will bring to life characters, like Brer Rabbit, Anansi and Epossumondas, in tales that the School Library Journal Review called "majestic." Washington performs all over the country at festivals, schools, and libraries and gives workshops for parents and educators as well.
