An exhibit of artwork by local elementary school students will be on display in the Foster Gallery through December 3, 2021. The exhibit features work by students in grades K–5 who attend Carver, Meadow View and Patrick Henry elementary schools.
Charity League of Martinsville-Henry County and Piedmont Arts will host a reception for students who have work on display and their families on Thursday, November 11 from 4 – 5:30 pm at Piedmont Arts. Admission is free and light refreshments will be provided.
For more than 25 years, Piedmont Arts’ Foster Gallery has been generously curated by Charity League. Piedmont Arts and Charity League believe that fostering an early exposure to the arts is critical for a well-rounded educational experience.
