Learn the exciting, intuitive and beautiful art of eco printing with instructors Jennifer Reis and Leslie Pearson. Eco printing is a contact printing process using botanical materials such as leaves and flowers. Cover the basics of eco printing on assorted papers. Explore a variety of local botanicals, cover tips and techniques for making and steaming bundles, preparing mordants and using modifiers, which help bring out details and color. Participants will also learn next level print-enhancing techniques using watercolor pencils.
Fee includes course instruction and demonstrations, materials and supplies and equipment usage. Additional supplies will be available for purchase.
